Shipping Information, Returns and Refunds, and Exchange Policies

Shipping Information

We process all product orders in the order we receive them.

Our US fulfillment center operates from Monday through Friday during our normal business days, excluding federal and USPS holidays. Our office hours are from 9 AM to 3 PM EST.

Most orders are shipped within one business day from the date the order was placed. However, in certain instances, it may take up to 5 business days when our fulfillment center has more orders than they can handle (like Black Friday, for example).

Shipping costs are displayed in the Checkout view and are calculated based on the total weight of your order, following the pricing guidelines of our shipping providers. Customs fees may apply, depending on your local customs regulations.

If you have a discount code and your products qualify for free shipping, this will appear automatically at checkout.

All our shipping services include tracking. Please note that tracking updates may take 12-24 hours, depending on the carrier’s terminal location.

It’s important to note that some services may be handled domestically in your country by a partner of our main shipping provider.

United States

We use the UPS Standard service for single-box parcels. Delivery may be made straight to your door or to a nearby UPS access point. We estimate that your package will arrive within 3-5 business days.

Canada

We use the UPS Standard service for single-box parcels. Delivery may be made straight to your door or to a nearby UPS access point. We estimate that your package will arrive within 3-21 business days.

Please note that we cannot ship any orders to military addresses or PO boxes.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We do not offer product warranties as a general rule. However, we will return any unused product for store credit or exchange.

Returns are valid for up to 14 days after you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and undamaged in its original packaging. Otherwise, we won’t be able to sell it as new.

To complete your return, please email us immediately at info@divergentdiscs.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the item to submit a claim. We will do our best to make things right.

Should your return request be accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

All returns must be shipped back to us with a tracked service. Once we receive and accept your returned item, that’s the time we will refund your order.

Exchange Policy

We do not have an exchange program. If you need a different item, please file a return and place a new order for the new item.
