All orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received as soon as possible. Our US fulfillment center operates on normal business days excluding federal and USPS holidays. Most orders are shipped within one business day of the date the order was placed. In certain instances it may take up to 5 business days when our fulfilment center has more orders than they can handle at once (Black Friday).
Refund and Returns
Our products do not have warranties and we are not responsible for replacing damaged or broken equipment.
However, we will return any unused product for store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
